I hope everyone’s day is full of love and chocolate!
We don’t usually do much to celebrate Valentine’s Day, so no big plans here (I didn’t even decorate). My boyfriend has his late class tonight, so we’re going out for dinner tomorrow (less crowded too). However, I did make this for tonight:
Caramel Apple Cheesecake! Yum!

How did it turn out?
ReplyDeleteThe crust turned out too hard. I think next time I'd use my use my usual graham cracker crust recipe. And I thought it was too rich...and this is coming from someone with a serious sweet tooth.
